As part of our commitment to ensuring professional drill.  We were thrilled to welcome Mr.Rida Lamrini, president of “Young Entrepreneurs Foundation”.The director of the project Mr .Ali Aaouine started the session by presenting the foundation that supervises the 5 days gathering. The first day revolved mainly around the current situation of entrepreneurship in Morocco, digging deeper to understand the cultural and socio economical constraints that characterize the field of entrepreneurship. However, in order to spread the positive atmosphere. Trainers were introduced to video streaming about Moroccan young entrepreneurs who were able to throw away the various blocks that faced their long journey. Other workshops targeted the supporting tools of creating enterprises, the tax systems and other technical means that facilitate the creation of enterprises. Trainers move deeply to analyze case studies of the projects .The morning session was meant to ensuring an in-depth analysis of the market place as long as it is considered as an impacted component for creating successful enterprises.

Trainers and the team were invited to an interview with the SNRT radio station in fez .Introducing the objectives along with the precious work of MEPI were the two major points discussed throughout the interview. It is important to note that interview was broadcast on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Lastly, the training sessions were observed by the regional director of ANAPEC, Sefrou Mrs. by Rajae Azami.

Mr Monssif ElMehdi,a trainer in “Young Entrepreneur Foundation” started the second day of the workshop, opening  doors for a fruitful interaction with trainers ,studying  and analyzing case studies of the technical support that helps run the enterprise  in the best shape it would .Moreover ,the afternoon session was dedicated to enhancing the financial part of the project.In this session, trainers learn how to create important financial documents .The practical exercises were included in the afternoon sessions of the training, during which the candidates put all the knowledge required into real action. Finally, a general orientation and Q&A session followed the workshop.

During the third day of the training, Mr.Kyle Liston, economic officer in the US DEPT, paid a warm visit ,attending the morning session with the trainers. The visit was interactive as Mr.Kyle got to see the potential of the team as a whole. Moreover, the staff introduced the project and the overall objectives designed to bring marginalized women and youth to the forefront, thus discussing the issue of unemployment was the core debate with the trainers as well as proposing sufficient mechanisms that help us deal with the politics of employment in Morocco in a creative way mainly thinking of entrepreneurship as an alternative solution.

Shedding light upon the trainers’ workshops that took place in Imouzar kander from October 12 to 16 2015 is importance in order to provide an overall assessment to the efforts put in this phase .The 5 days training was important because we could see the real potential of each candidate. Hence, the evaluation revolved around discussing the minute details of the training mainly the trainers interactivity, their engagement and willingness to ensuring the success of the project.
